I was born in the hills of Chin State, Burma, where shelter was considered a home and a home was considered a blessing. In 2007, my family and I came to America as refugees in search of a better life, and we’ve proudly called Indianapolis home ever since. After graduating from Indiana University Bloomington, I spent over five years in managerial and leadership roles, serving others through a servant-leadership approach. Over time, I discovered my true passion — helping others experience the same blessing my family once dreamed of: having a place to call home.

Today, I live on the Southside of Indianapolis with my wife, Far, and our daughter, Grace SaiHliangPar. They are my greatest motivation and a daily reminder of why home truly matters.
